Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy: ***In the event that you need to cancel any services booked, kindly cancel within the times allotted to avoid being charged in full for your services. APR-OCT: 48 HOURS NOTICE, NOV.-MAR.: 24 HOURS NOTICE. ***Please be ready and in your room on time and have all proper forms filled out prior to your scheduled treatment time. Late arrivals and/or time spent filling out forms will result in time taken off of your treatment. ***A single manicure cannot be booked alone. It must be in addition to another service, or booked in a group of no less than three manicures.
