A one-on-one private yoga session is the perfect way to take y
our practice to the next level! Whether you are a beginner with many questions, or someone who wants individually tailored expert advice, a private yoga lesson is immensely helpful. Often times, we need a little more attention and care and a private session offers you a means to deal with specific personal needs and questions. Lasting between one and two hours, private yoga lessons are a powerful tool that will allow you to see deeper insights, go deeper into your practice and relieve stress after a long day. Private yoga sessions can be scheduled in the privacy of your hotel suite or outside, weather permitting.

eave your worries back at home but not your workout! Taking a much needed vacation is an excellent way to relieve stress, and so is a great workout session! Our certified trainers know how to identify your fitness needs and they will put together a workout that is sure to strengthen and energize you. They will make sure that your exercise is done properly in order to avoid injury and maximize the benefit of each motion. During your session, they will not only give you direction, but also explain the reasons behind the methods so you’ll know exactly what they’re doing and why.
